The building was designed with many LEED characteristics, boats 160’ of frontage and 60’ deep spaces that are well suited for smaller retail and restaurant concepts. Wood-cladded parapets, trellis accents and landscaping lend visual interest and design sensibility to this Eastern-most stretch of Newman Springs.  The project is owned and managed by MetrovationEast in partnership San Francisco-based Metrovation.
