Background

West Side Lofts is a vibrant mixed-use development in the center of Red Bank’s culturally rich Arts district.  The project reflects the ideals of smart growth through its purposeful consideration of the existing neighborhood and the potential for revitalization and modernization.   West Side Lofts is architecturally distinct and built to foster community through common spaces and amenities.  With approximately 27,00sf of street level retail—anchored by West Elm and Triumph Brewery—and 91 residential units, the project supports town and country living and walkability to the city’s cultural, recreational and dining destinations including the Two River Theater, The Count Basie Theater, boat rentals and riverside parks.  The project likewise leverages its close and direct access to the Garden State Parkway and New York City via NJ Transit’s commuter line.

At the Property

Today, the lofts are very much a hallmark of the west side of Red Bank a continue to inspire transformation and gentrification on Red Bank’s West side.  The project was developed by Metrovation East and managed through our partnership with San Francisco-based Metrovation.
