Background

25 Bridge is home to MetrovationEast’s offices and sits adjacent to our most prominent Red Bank-based projects, West Side Lofts and 200 Monmouth Street.  We recognized the untapped and holistic potential of the neighborhood when we assumed ownership in 2002. Since then, the approximately 12,000sf factory building has undergone renovations to upgrade the retail and commercial spaces while keeping the legacy of the building intact.   Interior work was done to reveal the original wood floors, joists, beams, brick walls and cathedral ceiling. 

The first floor, with frontage along Bridge Avenue, is home to Town + Country Kitchen and Bath’s showroom and mercantile shop.  The second floor houses several locally owned small-businesses ranging from photography to public relations.   Today, the building stands in compliment to the collection of arts and antique shops, performance theaters and retail that surround it.
