Brook 35/West is an open-air lifestyle center on Route 35 in Sea Girt, NJ.  The shopping center lies at middle of affluent communities of Sea Girt, Spring Lake, Manasquan and Brielle.  The population base is solid all year round, but benefits from the influx of summer traffic due to visitors enjoying second home investments, area beaches, state parks and other Jersey Shore amenities.  Brook 35 maintains a position as the preferred, singular destination for national retailers like Athleta, Starbucks and Williams Sonoma and a range of locally-owned retail and service based concepts.

In 2022, a center—wide renovation of the Plaza was completed, introducing a modern coastal aesthetic and strong indoor/outdoor connectivity that compliments the area’s shore heritage.  The second floor of the Plaza is also home to Premier Executive Suites, a provider of turnkey office and related services.
