History

MetrovationEast is the Eastern extension of San Francisco, California-based Metrovation and is successor to Terranomics Development.  To date, the company has developed, redeveloped and or manages some 890,000sf of retail, office and residential property in Central New Jersey.

Philosophy

MetrovationEast seeks opportunities to convert previously underutilized areas into vibrant communities. From 200 Monmouth in Downtown Red Bank to The Grove at Shrewsbury in Central New Jersey, our properties have revitalized their neighborhoods, communities and regions.
