Background

Long a site of blight and disrepair, this century old warehouse has been completely reimagined into a retail and services destination.  Redevelopment of the existing 27,000sf building meant preservation of the character and industrial charms of the original structure while adding approximately 20,000 ‘new’ square feet.  The project puts the old on proud display with features like salvaged brick and open ceilings.  Concrete floors, patios, operable windows, a 2-story green wall, dedicated parking and a planned conversion of shipping containers into pop-up retail introduce a sense of progress and new functionality to the space.

200 Monmouth will be anchored by Anderson Market, an elevated food-hall inspired concept opening Spring 2025 and including Booskerdoo, a locally-owned coffee bar and bakery.
